1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Mr WOW Websites ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Mr WOW Websites provides website design, development, and hosting services for tradies and local businesses. Our services include:

• Website design and development
• Website hosting and maintenance
• AI chatbot integration
• Lead capture and delivery systems
• Ongoing website support and updates

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is as follows:

• Starter Site: $497 setup + $97/month
• Growth Site: $997 setup + $197/month
• AI Lead Site: $1,497 setup + $297/month
• AI Growth Pro: $2,497 setup + $497/month

All payments are processed through Stripe. Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly fees are billed automatically and are non-refundable.

4. Project Timeline

Typical project timelines are:

• Starter Site: 3-5 business days
• Growth Site: 5-7 business days
• AI Lead Site: 7-10 business days
• AI Growth Pro: 10-14 business days

Timelines begin after we receive all required assets (logo, images, content) from you.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Supply required assets (logo, images, content) in a timely manner
• Review and approve designs within 3 business days
• Maintain valid payment information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Revisions and Changes

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds:

• Starter: 1 revision round
• Growth: 2 revision rounds
• AI Lead: 3 revision rounds
• AI Pro: Unlimited revisions during development

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra fees.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Setup Fees: Due to the nature of custom work, setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Monthly Fees: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your website within 30 days of launch, we'll work with you to make it right or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the rights to your website content and design. We retain the right to use your website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr WOW Websites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, lead generation, or business outcomes from using our websites.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
